from: 12.8.2026 Position Overview We are hiring waiters and waitresses for our hotel restaurant. We welcome candidates with or without experience - specific placement, job duties, and salary will be determined individually based on the candidate's experience. Job Responsibilities Common for all candidates: • Serving guests in the restaurant, on the terrace, and at hotel events • Preparing the establishment before opening (table setup, inventory checks, restocking supplies) • Taking orders and entering them into the restaurant system • Serving food and beverages according to proper table service standards • Preparing and serving beverages from the bar (coffee, draft and mixed drinks) • Processing guest bills, handling cash, and operating payment terminals • Providing information about menu offerings, daily specials, and hotel services • Maintaining cleanliness and order in restaurant areas • Complying with food safety regulations and HACCP procedures Based on position level: • Independent service of assigned section • Service at banquets, weddings, and corporate events • Daily cash reconciliation and deposit procedures • Training new colleagues and temporary staff Requirements for Candidates Essential: • Food service health certificate (or willingness to obtain it immediately) • Pleasant demeanor and willingness to interact with guests • Reliability and responsibility in handling cash • Ability to work in a team and handle stress during peak service times • Willingness to work shift schedules including weekends and holidays Preferred: • Training or certification as a cook-waiter or experience in gastronomy • Knowledge of table service standards and basic bartending skills • Basic English language skills • Experience serving at larger events Employee Benefits • Free meals during your shift • Tipping pool sharing • Work uniform provided • Schedules set in advance with flexibility for individual arrangements • Training in service and bartending for candidates without prior experience • Stable environment of an established hotel operation with opportunities for career advancement
