Participate in development work as agreed • Quality assurance by gathering expectations before the course and evaluations after course completion • Participant contact between lessons related to course content, such as preparations or assignments Qualifications: Circle leaders at Folkuniversitetet must have at the start: • Pedagogical experience • Expert knowledge in the subject/work experience in the subject • Preferably experience with and active interest in adult education • Basic IT skills Desired personal qualities include the ability and willingness to work independently as well as in a group, good social skills, good initiative, a positive attitude toward change and development, and an ethical approach. Folkuniversitetet in Nyköping offers open course activities in several different subjects. We continuously work to develop our course offerings and would like to hear from you if you can work with adult education in circle format, a few hours per week—evening sessions teaching beginner-level Qigong and/or Tai Chi for the start of courses this fall (starting in September).
