Participate in development work as agreed • Quality assurance by gathering expectations before courses and evaluations after course completion • Participant contact between lessons related to course content, such as preparations or assignments Qualifications: Circle leaders at Folkuniversitetet must have: • Pedagogical experience • Subject expertise/work experience in the subject • Preferably experience with and active interest in adult education • Basic IT skills Desired personal qualities include the ability and willingness to work independently as well as in a group, good social skills, good initiative, a positive attitude toward change and development, and an ethical approach. Follkuniversitetet in Nyköping conducts open course activities in several different subjects. We continuously develop our course offerings and would like to hear from you if you can work with adult education in circle format, a few hours per week—evening time—teaching beginner-level pilates for the fall course launch (starting in September).
