Participate in development work as agreed • Quality assurance by gathering expectations before the course and evaluations after course completion • Participant contact between lessons related to course content, such as preparations or homework Qualifications: Circle leaders at Folkuniversitetet must have at the start of employment: • Pedagogical experience • Subject expertise/work experience in the subject • Preferably experience with and active interest in adult education • Basic IT skills Your language level in the teaching language should be equivalent to that of a native speaker, and we prefer that you have a relevant academic degree. Desirable personal qualities include the ability and willingness to work independently as well as in a group, good social skills, strong initiative, a positive attitude toward change and development, and an ethical approach. Folkuniversitetet in Södertälje-Sörmland offers open course activities in languages, including distance learning. We are continuously developing our course offerings and would like to hear from you if you can work with adult education in circle format, a few hours per week teaching Icelandic via distance/Zoom—evening hours.
