Participate in development work as agreed • Quality work by gathering expectations before the course and conducting evaluations after the course ends. • Participant contact between lessons related to course content, e.g., preparations or homework Qualifications: Circle leaders at Folkuniversitetet should have upon start: • Pedagogical experience. • Subject expertise/work experience in the subject • Preferably experience with and active interest in adult education • Basic IT skills Your language proficiency in the teaching language should be equivalent to that of a native speaker, and we would like to see a relevant academic degree. Desirable personal qualities include willingness and ability to work independently as well as in a group, good social skills, good initiative, a positive attitude toward change and development, and an ethical approach. Folkuniversitetet in Nyköping conducts open course activities in languages. We continuously work to develop our course offerings and would like to hear from you if you can work with adult education in circle format, a few hours per week—evening sessions with Greek instruction at beginner level for the start of the fall course.
