Participate in development work as agreed • Quality assurance by gathering expectations before the course and evaluations after the course ends • Participant contact between lessons related to course content, such as preparations or homework Qualifications: Circle leaders at Folkuniversitetet must have: • Pedagogical experience • Subject expertise/work experience in the subject • Preferably experience with and active interest in adult education • Basic IT skills Your language proficiency in the teaching language should be equivalent to that of a native speaker, and we would like you to have a relevant academic degree. Desirable personal qualities include the ability and willingness to work independently as well as in a group, good social skills, strong initiative, a positive attitude toward change and development, and an ethical approach. Folkuniversitetet in Eskilstuna conducts open course activities in languages. We continually work to develop our course offerings and would like to hear from you if you can work with adult education in circle format, a few hours per week—evening instruction in beginner-level Greek in preparation for the start of the course in the fall.
