We are seeking circle leaders throughout all municipalities in Jönköping County in the following subject areas: Dance Digitalization for Seniors Instruments and Music · Community Issues · Painting · Ceramics · Languages · Flower Arranging As a circle leader, you inspire and guide participants in their learning. You don't need to be a teacher, but you should have solid knowledge within your subject area and an interest in sharing your experience. We are looking for someone who shares ABF's values regarding equal worth for all, democracy, participation, and people's right to develop through knowledge and community. To help you feel confident and empowered in your role, we offer basic circle leader training where you gain knowledge about folk education, leadership, and how to create good conditions for learning in groups. Activities can be conducted during daytime, evenings, and on weekends. We therefore welcome your flexibility based on participants' and the organization's needs. It is advantageous if you have a driver's license and access to a car, as activities are held in multiple locations throughout the county.
