First contact method: by email Work location: Bratčice Start date available: June 2026 We are looking for a reliable housekeeper to care for our nine-month-old daughter - long-term collaboration We are a young family with a nine-month-old daughter and, due to our busy work schedules, we are looking for a kind, active, and reliable woman who can help us with household management and care for our daughter. We would like to find someone we can trust, who has a natural affinity for children and is able to create a safe, calm, and pleasant environment for our daughter during our absence, and can spend meaningful time with her. Mutual trust, reliability, and long-term collaboration are very important to us. Our daughter is still very young, and we plan to expand our family in the future, so we would like to find someone who will share a longer part of our family life with us. Duties: - Regular household cleaning 2× per week (Monday and Friday) - Vacuuming and mopping floors - Dusting - Cleaning bathrooms and toilets - Ironing - Maintaining general order in the household Childcare responsibilities are also part of the collaboration, approximately once per week, with the possibility that the scope of childcare can be expanded to more days per week in the future, based on needs and agreement. What we expect from you: - Reliability, independence, and responsibility - Active approach to childcare (walks, play, spending time outdoors) - Positive attitude toward children - Good health condition that enables active care for a small child - Clean criminal record - Group B driver's license - active driver - Cultured behavior, sense of order, and high degree of reliability - Discretion and trustworthiness - Positive attitude toward animals (our household has an eleven-year-old cat) and no cat allergies Advantages: - Experience with childcare - First aid course - Knowledge of a foreign language or a sport that you could potentially share and develop with our daughter in the future - References from previous work or family Business trips and evening childcare: Occasional accompanying of the family on business trips within the Czech Republic may also be part of the collaboration, typically for 1-2 nights, approximately 2-3× per year, when childcare for our daughter will be needed during our work program. During these trips, you will of course have your own accommodation arranged, and all costs associated with the trip, accommodation, and meals are covered by us. We would also welcome a willingness to provide occasional evening or overnight childcare, for example during work dinners or other work obligations.
