JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Care for children aged 2-4 years, group of 12 children - Development and implementation of educational programs tailored to children's age and needs - Collaboration with parents on individual child development - Support children's development through creative activities, music, and play - Maintain a safe environment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards REQUIREMENTS: - Childcare provider certification for preschool groups - Ability to create and implement educational programs for young children - Communication skills and respectful approach - Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team - Musical instrument skills are a plus Employee Benefits: Quarterly bonuses, meal vouchers, 4 sick days
