JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Care for children ages 2 to 4 years, group of 12 children - Development and implementation of educational programs appropriate to children's age and needs - Collaboration with parents on individual child development - Support children's development through creative activities, music, and games - Maintain a safe environment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards REQUIREMENTS: - Children's group caregiver course - Ability to create and implement educational programs for young children - Communication skills and respectful approach - Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work as a team member - Musical instrument proficiency a plus Employee Benefits: Quarterly bonuses, meal vouchers, 4 sick days
