You will be part of the group's new shared IS/IT department with approximately 25 colleagues who support our companies in everything from IT infrastructure to business systems. About the Role As CISO, you are responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining a group-wide security program across multiple companies with different business areas, customer requirements, and regulatory conditions. The role involves close collaboration with management, the development team, IT, operations, and external parties. The corporate group operates in environments where several regulations and security requirements are relevant, such as export control, international customer requirements, CMMC, GDPR, NIS2, and handling of sensitive and classified information. You will drive both strategic initiatives and practical security work and serve as a resource to the companies within the group on matters related to information security, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities • Drive and further develop the group's information security work. • Establish, maintain, and improve management systems and processes for information security. • Own and coordinate internal commitments, for example: - ISO/IEC 27001 - Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus - NIS2-related initiatives • Develop and manage group-wide policies, guidelines, and governing documents. • Support the companies within the group in risk management, security assessments, and regulatory matters. • Work with SAQ processes and security assessments of customers and suppliers. • Ensure structured work on the secure use of AI tools and AI-related services. • Contribute to security work in product development for both software and hardware. • Participate in work on incident management, continuity, and security monitoring. • Collaborate with customers and partners on security and compliance requirements.
