JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As Chief Secretary within the Adult Psychiatry Lund operational area, you play a central role in providing qualified administrative support to the Operations Manager and Chief Medical Officers. The position involves independent and responsible work with varied tasks, many points of contact, and where you contribute to creating efficient administrative processes.
In your support role to the Operations Manager, you work with varied administrative tasks, such as meeting administration, minutes-taking at for example coordination meetings, telephone management, and other service and coordination in daily operations. In your role supporting the Chief Medical Officers, you are responsible for administration and coordination of, among other things, Lex Maria cases, complaint matters, patient board matters, and other correspondence. You have an important function in ensuring structured and legally secure administrative work. Tasks may also include administrative support and service for other functions within operational management staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who apply have completed education in Health and Healthcare Administration (80 credits KY/400 credits YH) or other education that we as the employer find suitable. You have experience working in an administrative role and if you also have experience working as a chief secretary, executive assistant, or equivalent within healthcare, that is meritorious. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing and have experience and ability to express yourself in a clear and correct manner. You are accustomed to working in various digital systems and learn new ones easily. Experience with the medical records system Melior is meritorious.

Habilitation provides habilitation and rehabilitation within publicly operated child, youth, and adult habilitation. Assistive devices have the task of managing assistive devices prescribed to patients in Skåne. Within the administration, there is also vision, hearing, and deaf services and youth clinics in Skåne.
