In this role, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing the traffic management function with a focus on an efficient, high-quality, and profitable order flow – from incoming request to completed billing.

About the role
As Traffic Management Director, you are responsible for the daily operations and lead work toward established goals in quality, delivery, and economics. You have full responsibility for the function's results and work actively to develop both employees, processes, and ways of working.
You report to the Managing Director of Region East and will be based in the Stockholm area.
Your main areas of responsibility:
Profit and loss responsibility and budget management for the unit
Ensure an efficient and quality-assured order flow
Responsible for budget, forecasts, and follow-up
Lead and develop the traffic management and billing function
Optimize planning and resource utilization
Ensure correct and efficient billing
Develop and standardize processes, routines, and ways of working
Monitor performance, quality, lead times, and KPIs
Identify deviations and drive improvement measures
We are looking for you who
Are a confident and engaged leader with strong business acumen and a natural drive to develop both people and operations.
We believe you have:
Experience in personnel management
Previous budget and profit responsibility
Solid experience in operations management and KPI monitoring
Ability to create structure, prioritize, and make decisions
Experience in process development and change management
A solution-oriented and analytical approach
Good communication skills and a natural ability to build collaborations
If you have experience from traffic management, logistics, service operations, or other operational activities, that is a merit.
