Production Systems is an important part of Keolis IT delivery and has a clear connection to operational activities. This means your priorities, decisions, and work approach have concrete effects. In this role, you'll help translate possibilities into practical value, balancing development, stable operations, economics, and business needs. Your assignment As Head of Production Systems, you're responsible for creating planned, structured, cost-effective, and sustainable IT delivery that meets operational needs. You'll lead a team of 7 people who deliver system support to Keolis' operational activities. An important part of the assignment is to plan and estimate IT deliveries from a holistic perspective – from technology, time, and resources to competencies, costs, suppliers, and contracts. You need to understand technical possibilities and limitations, but above all be able to translate them into decisions that create value for the business. You'll also be an important bridge between IT, internal business functions, managers, traffic authorities, and IT suppliers. The role therefore requires both technical understanding, business acumen, and strong relationship skills. Your key challenges In this role, you'll primarily work with: creating structure, planning, and long-term sustainability in IT delivery building collaboration between IT, operations, traffic authorities, and suppliers balancing short-term operational needs with long-term technical decisions ensuring that deliveries are planned based on technology, time, resources, costs, and contracts leading an experienced team toward clear goals, motivation, and results Who we think you are We believe you're a confident and clear leader who enjoys creating order in complex environments. You have a strong holistic perspective and understand how business processes connect with IT processes. You don't need to be the most technical person in the room, but you have solid experience working with application development and management. You understand what it takes to lead an application team, create structure in the system landscape, and ensure that both standard systems and custom-developed solutions are developed and managed in a way that creates value for the business. As a leader, you build trust, give freedom with responsibility, and create clear goals. You're experienced in prioritizing, driving forward, and delivering results in collaboration with others. We'd like to see that you have relevant academic or post-secondary education, such as engineering, systems science, or equivalent approximately 10 years of experience with systems, applications, or technology delivery, preferably in mission-critical environments at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as manager, project manager, or equivalent experience leading or working closely with application teams responsible for development and management experience with systems and applications, preferably standard systems like ERP experience with systems related to planning, transport, production, maintenance, or similar operations-focused areas experience with both standard systems and custom-developed systems, as well as understanding of SaaS solutions and on-premise environments experience with supplier management, contract work, and negotiation experience planning IT deliveries based on technology, time, resources, competencies, costs, and contracts strong ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing good knowledge of the Office suite It's particularly interesting if you have experience from industries with complex operations, such as transport, logistics, vehicles, industry, manufacturing, or similar. Location The role is based at our head office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. We work hybrid and expect you as a leader to be on-site at least three days a week.
