Ski Lift Operations Manager

At Sweden's fourth-largest ski facility, you'll also enjoy world-class skiing in winter and magical cycling in summer right outside your door, year-round. As manager of the lift attendants, your task is to maintain our lift attendants' excellent guest ratings and high service standards. Working daily with the Sports Area Manager, you'll drive the department forward and develop it within our focus areas of safety, guest service, and delivery of world-class experiences for our visitors. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead, train, motivate, engage, and provide feedback to staff members Responsibility for economics/results, budgets, and purchases for your department Part of the operations management team where you oversee lift operations at the facility Participation in daily operations Always set a good example Staff management including recruitment Qualifications: Experience working with guest service Documented leadership experience Able to ski or snowboard Structured and administratively organized Share our core values about the equal worth of all people and the passion for developing a complete experience within a vacation destination Why choose Branäs?
