Tidaholm Prison operates at the highest security classification for closed prisons. Prisons in security class 1 are equipped to handle the most high-risk inmates. They are specially adapted for clients we assess to have a particularly high risk of escape or liberation. For this position, we are looking for a manager for the work area of inmate activities – other structured activities, programs, and learning centers. Within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, you will work with a complex and important public mission where you can make a difference. As a leader, you will help your employees equip our clients in various ways to live a life without crime and drugs – what we call "Better Out." As a manager, you will lead, develop, and follow up on operations and provide support to your employees in daily work. The role includes personnel, budget, operational, and workplace environment responsibility for approximately 20 employees. You will be part of the operational management team where the Assistant Correctional Director and your colleagues form an important platform for your leadership.
