Manager of Inside Sales and Parts Support

What you will do As Manager of Inside Sales and Parts Support, you are responsible for the daily management and development of the operation. You lead and coordinate the team's work and ensure an efficient working method that contributes to achieving the operation's goals, results, and budget. The role is operational and varied, where you combine leadership in daily work with driving the business forward. You plan, prioritize, and follow up on activities and create conditions for the team to work proactively with customer management, sales, and support and advice regarding spare parts. You actively contribute to developing the service market business by creating structure, pace, and clear follow-up in ongoing initiatives. You lead, coach, and support the team in daily work and contribute to developing competence, working methods, and collaboration to reach the operation's goals. The role also involves close collaboration with other functions within Lantmännen Maskin – such as facilities, marketing, and product organization – to create an efficient whole and a strong customer experience. When needed, you also work operatively in the operation and support daily work to ensure a high service level both internally and externally. This includes, among other things, handling incoming overflow calls, conducting proactive sales, and providing support to our store and parts sales staff on spare parts support matters to create a smooth customer experience and strengthen the business. You are based in Malmö and report to the Manager of Sales Support and Business Development. You have Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees, as a manager, team leader, or supervisory role. Experience from a customer- and sales-oriented operation Good understanding of financial follow-up, budget, and results Technical understanding, preferably with knowledge of agricultural machinery and their applications.
