About the Role
Do you want to help ensure a stable electricity supply on Gotland? Then you are welcome to our team!
The logistics and contracts department currently consists of our warehouse and transport operations. Today we are 4 employees and are looking for an employee who will support us with our transports and handling of electrical network shared equipment due to upcoming retirements. Our own warehouse and logistics operations are important to us to ensure a stable electricity supply on Gotland.
As a truck driver and logistics employee, you will have a varied role where you both carry out truck transports with a crane truck across Gotland, support the team in Visby with warehouse services and handling of electrical network shared equipment.
Your Tasks
Deliver goods by truck throughout Gotland
Load and unload with forklift or crane
Perform crane lifts of for example electrical network equipment and street lighting poles
Handling and service of shared equipment and mobile backup power
When needed, perform administrative warehouse services

Requirements
As a truck driver and logistics employee, we see that you enjoy taking responsibility, providing service, have an interest in maintaining tools and machinery, find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and customers. At Geab, we put safety first, so it is important that you have high safety awareness.
To succeed in the role, we see it as a requirement that you have:
Upper secondary school education
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
CE Driving License and professional driver competence YKB
Forklift certificate B and C
Jheel loader operator certificate
Valid crane operator certificate over 18t/m
Several years of experience as a crane truck driver
We consider it an advantage if you have:
Valid certificates: ADR goods handling, Work on road, ESA trained
Experience maintaining and servicing machinery and technical equipment
Experience with mechanical processing such as gas and MIG welding
Experience with warehouse handling such as picking and packing, receiving and administrative registration
Familiarity with Office packages
Experience working with SAP
