About the Role As a driver with us, you'll work transporting cars between our facilities, customers, and partners. You'll often be the person representing Bilsmidigt during delivery or pickup at the customer, which makes service, responsibility, and punctuality very important. The work is varied and suits you if you're self-directed, flexible, and solution-oriented. Unexpected situations can arise during drives, and therefore we value people who can think independently, solve problems, and keep customers updated in a professional manner. Responsibilities As a driver, you'll work on: Planning and booking the week's drives in consultation with our team Transporting cars between our different facilities Delivering cars to customers throughout Sweden Picking up cars from customers, suppliers, and partners Updating customers during trips and planning arrival times Testing customers' cars according to test protocols during pickup Documenting any deviations, damage, or defects Solving unexpected problems that may arise during drives Transports are usually done by car, but occasionally also by bus, train, or plane. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident behind the wheel, has a positive attitude, and likes taking responsibility. You need to be punctual, organized, and able to handle customer contact in a professional manner. To fit the role, you need to: Have a B driving license for manual cars Have good driving experience Have access to your own car to get to our logistics center Be able to take at least 4 drives per week Be flexible and available for drives at inconvenient times Be able to work evenings, nights, and early mornings on longer drives Have a clean criminal record from the Police Be punctual, organized, and responsible Have a service-oriented and positive attitude towards customers Use your mobile phone responsibly, safely, and legally while driving It's a merit if you have experience in vehicle transport, customer contact, logistics, route planning, or similar work. This could include responsibility for deliveries, route planning, customer contact, car testing, coordinating other drivers, or other roles within Bilsmidigt. Employment and Compensation The position starts as a temporary position with a salary of 130 kr per hour including holiday pay. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for salary development, more drives, and expanded responsibility over time. The work often involves varying working hours, including evenings, nights, and early mornings on longer drives.
