We welcome your application! About the role As a driver, you will be part of launching our property-based collection (FNI) operation based at Bräcke Recycling Center, Bräcke municipality. In addition to driving a waste collection truck, you will contribute to developing efficient work methods and participate in planning the operation. Your responsibilities include: • Driving a waste collection truck and performing property-based collection emptying • Participating in the launch and implementation of the new collection operation • Placement of containers • Contributing to route optimization and development of efficient collection flows • Providing improvement suggestions and sharing your experience during the launch phase • Ensuring professional and service-oriented interactions in daily work • Other tasks within our operations may occur About you We are looking for someone with experience in similar tasks and who thrives in a role where you take responsibility and contribute to development. Requirements We are looking for someone who: • Has experience driving waste collection trucks. • Has experience with similar driving and collection operations. • Computer skills • Category C driver's license, YKB (professional competence certificate) • Expresses yourself well in spoken and written Swedish It is an advantage if you have previous experience with launching or implementing property-based collection operations and work with route planning or route optimization.
