We are now seeking an experienced Change Manager who wants to take a central role in ensuring successful change journeys linked to mission-critical IT initiatives. Your Responsibilities As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing change management activities within larger IT initiatives. You work closely with project managers, business representatives, and support functions to create the conditions for a successful change journey. Examples of responsibilities: Drive and coordinate change management activities linked to IT initiatives Develop plans, presentation materials, communication documents, and other support materials Identify and manage change impact on the organization Support project managers and other key stakeholders in change efforts Ensure anchoring and engagement among affected target groups Adapt working methods and scope based on the assignment's needs and conditions Follow up and contribute to achieving desired change outcomes Your Profile We are looking for you as a skilled change leader with the ability to combine a strategic holistic perspective with operational execution. You are relationship-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a role with many contact points. You have an easy time building trust at different levels within the organization and are motivated by helping businesses navigate change. As a person, you are pragmatic, flexible, and accustomed to adapting your working style to current needs and challenges. Requirements Experience in change management within IT and digitalization initiatives in larger organizations Relevant education or certification in change management, for example Prosci ADKAR or equivalent Documented ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholder groups Experience working closely with project managers, business units, and support functions Ability to develop plans, decision-making materials, communication materials, and other change-related deliverables Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Meritorious Experience from complex IT transformations or larger change programs Experience with organizational changes and business development Experience facilitating workshops, training, or anchoring activities Certification in established change management methods We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
