Do you want to work with change management in complex IT environments? We at Eccera are now seeking an experienced Change Manager who wants to contribute to the implementation of prioritized IT initiatives within Group IT. You will have the opportunity to work for one of Sweden's leading companies in defense and security, with a strong international presence and focus on advanced technology, innovation, and critical infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will help create engagement, understanding, and momentum in changes that affect both operations and IT. Your consulting manager will support you in your development and help you continuously build on your competencies. Your responsibilities As a Change Manager, you will work with change management in prioritized IT initiatives and will, among other things: Drive change management from planning through implementation and follow-up. Develop change plans, materials, and communication content. Identify change needs and create buy-in across affected parts of the organization. Collaborate with project managers, support functions, and other stakeholders. Adapt working methods and scope based on each initiative's needs. Your profile We are looking for someone with experience in change management for IT initiatives in large organizations. We would like to see that you have: Relevant education or certification in change management, such as Prosci ADKAR. Experience building relationships and creating trust at different levels in the organization. Ability to shift between strategic overview and operational execution. A pragmatic and structured approach to work. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are attentive, relationship-oriented, and action-driven.
