We are seeking an experienced and communicative change management leader specializing in customer journeys and journey transformation for an assignment in Stockholm. This role is ideal for you if you are experienced in leading change initiatives in large, cross-functional organizations and are passionate about creating clear, sustainable customer and employee experiences through methodical change management. This is a consulting position through Lernia with placement in Stockholm. Start date by agreement, and the assignment is time-limited with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. About the Role As Change Management / Journey Transformation specialist, you will support program and project management in designing and implementing change activities linked to customer journeys and digital initiatives. You are responsible for planning and delivering communication, training, stakeholder management, and adoption strategies to ensure change is anchored and delivers the desired impact. Your primary responsibilities include: Develop and drive change management plans linked to journey and customer experience initiatives Map stakeholders and create customized engagement plans Design and deliver communication, training materials, and adoption strategies Facilitate workshops, user testing, and co-creation sessions to validate customer journeys Support measurement of adoption, behavioral change, and business value, and report status to the steering group Collaborate closely with UX, product owners, project controllers, and IT to ensure end-to-end delivery Identify risks and dependencies and propose measures to minimize resistance and maximize impact About You Formal Qualifications Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience in change management, behavioral science, UX, or similar 8-12+ years of experience in change management on major programs or transformation initiatives Documented experience with journey mapping, service design, or similar methodologies Strong experience developing communication and training materials and leading workshops Very strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written Meritorious It is advantageous if you have experience with: Certifications or methodologies in change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) Working in agile environments and collaborating with product teams Analyzing and tracking adoption through KPIs and user data Tools for journey mapping, UX research, or learning platforms As a person, you are structured, relationship-building, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to build trust at all levels, can prioritize in complex environments, and thrive driving both strategic and operational work to ensure change is sustainable.
