Job Responsibilities As a server/hostess for conferences, you will be part of daily operations where your tasks include all common restaurant duties such as cash register operations, serving, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and neat restaurant. The work is both independent and team-based, where you are responsible for the guest's primary experience during their visit. Working hours vary during daytime and evening shifts throughout the week. Qualifications You gain energy from working with people and you bring energy when you are around people. You understand that you are part of a whole and are therefore extremely important to your colleagues and our guests. You have at least 3 years of experience in serving/bar work. Previous experience in events and conferences is a merit. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as the role involves daily guest interaction. Employment Type Seasonal full-time employment 100% from 26-08-31 through 27-06-04 according to the collective agreement between Visita and HRF. The employment is for a defined season with start and end dates by agreement. A planned break may occur during the season. The employment continues during the break, with compensation at 65% of the employment rate. Working hours and schedule are determined by the organization and may vary during the season.
