Lingmerths Group is seeking a business-driven and engaged CFO who wants to take a central role in our continued development. As CFO, you will be a key person in management with close collaboration with the CEO and Board. You will be responsible for developing, quality-assuring, and future-proofing the company's finance function while actively contributing to business development and strategic decisions. About the role As CFO, you have overall responsibility for the company's financial management, reporting, and financial monitoring. You lead the work with financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis. You serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and the organization by preparing decision-making materials, profitability analyses, investment calculations, and business cases. The role also includes responsibility for cash flow and bank relationships. An important part of the assignment is to drive the development of financial processes, internal controls, digitalization, and system support. You will be joining an operation with high transaction volumes where efficient processes, good data quality, and business-focused monitoring are critical for management and profitability. You have personnel responsibility for a finance team of four people and are responsible for creating a culture characterized by accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a role with significant mandate and influence where you have the opportunity to shape both the finance function's development and the company's future direction. Work location: Nässjö. Possibility of some flexibility from one of our other offices, for example Gothenburg. Your assignment Your main areas of responsibility include: Financial management and reporting – monthly & annual financial statements, project accounting including analysis for management, board, and managers. Budgets and forecasts – lead the budget process and ongoing forecast work including analysis Business support – be an active sounding board and support to the CEO and business area managers, drive profitability analyses Finance processes and management – develop and maintain efficient financial processes, internal controls, and system support ISO – ensure and follow up on management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) together with the CEO Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience from a senior finance function as CFO, Finance Manager, or Senior Controller. You are analytical and business-oriented with the ability to see the big picture and translate figures into business decisions. You work in a structured manner, have high quality awareness, and are a clear communicator who can make finance comprehensible to the entire organization. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious, and thrive in a role where you both lead and personally contribute operationally. You have the ability to build trust and develop people and processes. We want you to have: Relevant academic education in finance or equivalent Documented experience of financial leadership Strong competence in accounting and financial analysis Experience with budget processes, forecasting, and business planning Experience leading and developing teams Experience from owner-managed companies, preferably in growth or transformation Experience with project accounting as Eventity, which is a business area within Lingmerths Group AB, operates 100% in project form Experience from operations with high transaction volumes.
