The position is located at Configura's fantastic office right in central Linköping with a view over the rooftops of the city center. This recruitment is aimed at someone who wants to work in an international exciting group, who is passionate about financial management and who is attracted to working in a responsible role. Here you will have overall responsibility for the finance function across all 7 of Configura's companies and you have an important function for the group's continued growth and future development. Configura is an international software company headquartered in Linköping with operations in multiple markets around the world. They develop leading SaaS solutions for space planning and configuration, used by companies globally in commercial interiors, material handling, and kitchen & bath, among others. Main Responsibilities As CFO at Configura, you will be an important part of their Executive Management Team and have significant scope to influence both the business, strategy, and continued growth. The team consists of nine colleagues and you report directly to the CEO. · Lead and develop the finance organization and create conditions for an engaged, competent, and high-performing team · Be a driver in Configura's strategic direction and long-term development · Transform financial analysis and insight into decision-making foundations that strengthen both the strategic and operational business · Have overall responsibility for financial reporting, forecasts, budgeting and planning processes, liquidity management, and annual financial statements · Ensure high quality in accounting and financial management and further develop efficient and scalable finance processes across the group · Lead the development of the finance function through increased use of technology, automation, and AI Who are we looking for? To succeed in this role, we see that you have an academic degree in economics, accounting, finance, or equivalent, and solid relevant work experience. You have experience from an international operation with multiple legal entities and broad financial expertise in accounting, reporting, planning, forecasting, and controlling. Experience from a leading audit or consulting firm, M&A, tech/SaaS, or private equity is a merit. Furthermore, we see that you have very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. As a leader, you are confident, engaging, and clear, with experience leading and developing high-performing Finance teams. You have good business understanding and the ability to translate financial insights into relevant recommendations and decisions. With an operations-focused approach, you build trust and have an easy time communicating with different parts of the organization, on both strategic and operational levels. You are analytical and structured, while at the same time having strong drive and enjoying taking initiative, driving change, and developing working methods.
