About the role - here's what your new responsibilities will be 💫 As CFO at Bemannia, you will have overall responsibility for the group's finance function and lead a team of four employees. The role combines operational engagement with strategic work and suits you if you thrive in a business-oriented environment where you have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will be responsible for, among other things: financial management, monitoring, and analysis for all the group's companies budgeting, monthly closing, and reporting annual reports and contact with auditors and banks development of processes, working methods, and financial tools You will be part of the company's management team and are expected to contribute commercially to the continued development of the business. Is this you - your qualifications 🔎 We are looking for you as a confident leader with experience working both operationally and strategically within finance. You have a strong drive, high analytical skills, and are interested in developing both people and business. We believe you have: higher education in finance or accounting experience from a leading finance function good understanding of financial management and business monitoring experience working closely with both operations and management It is a merit if you have experience from the staffing, consulting, or service sector.
