We are proud of our products and our employees – and now we're looking for a CFO who wants to help develop the business to the next level. What does the role offer? This is a broad role where you function as an extension of the CEO – with significant influence in business decisions, strategy work, and the company's future. Approximately 75% of the role involves looking ahead: building structures, driving projects, streamlining processes, and creating new opportunities. The remaining part consists of ensuring the financial foundation – with the help of clear processes and support. You will, among other things: • Collaborate closely with the CEO on business development, strategic decisions, and growth initiatives • Identify areas for improvement and drive projects within, for example, ERP, procurement, inventory, system support, and reporting • Implement and further develop Business Central as a comprehensive platform (CRM, production, finance) • Support the organization with financial analysis and decision-making materials • Handle overall bookkeeping, tax matters, and monthly reports (at a simpler level) • Ensure that procurement and inventory flows are optimized for growth • Participate in HR work such as salaries, contracts, and development conversations Who are you? You are a curious, business-oriented, and solution-focused person who loves to build, influence, and be an active part of moving forward. We believe you have a good overall perspective on business – and that you may have experience from a similar role, or are ready to take the step into a new one. You don't need to be a senior CFO – but you should enjoy numbers, be comfortable with systems, and have the ability to structure and make things happen. You: • Have a good understanding of finance, but are passionate about business • Are unpretentious, flexible, and accustomed to an entrepreneurial way of working • Communicate fluently in English and preferably Swedish • Likely have a degree in finance or business – but more important is your attitude and willingness to contribute Is this your perfect match?
