We are now looking for a business-focused and driven CFO who wants to help develop Scan during a period of change, where you work close to operations and drive development in an organization with high ambitions and great confidence in the future. What you will do As CFO at Scan Sverige, you will lead work within accounting, controlling, and livestock credits and be responsible for the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will sit in the management group and work closely with the CEO as a strategic sounding board on both financial and business matters. You will drive the development of the financial management model and ensure that we have the right monitoring and key performance indicators to effectively manage operations. The role includes challenging and supporting the organization – from production and supply chain to sales and marketing – to improve results, cash flow, and capital efficiency. You will also ensure prioritization and monitoring of investments and change initiatives. You will lead the development of processes, working methods, and systems, where digitalization and efficiency improvements are central to our continued progress. You will also be involved in acquisitions, where you contribute to financial analysis, decision-making materials, and ensure that value and synergies are realized. You have Experience from a CFO role or equivalent in a larger manufacturing company Solid experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting work Documented ability to drive operational improvements Experience working in a management group and contributing to strategic decisions Experience leading and developing teams Strong business acumen and experience working close to operations Experience with change management, digitalization, or system implementation is advantageous Experience with M&A is advantageous You are A clear and confident leader who creates direction, motivates, and brings people along through change Analytical and solution-oriented with the ability to translate data into business insights Results-oriented and execution-strong – you drive things through to completion Courageous and constructively challenging in dialogue with management and the organization Communicative and pedagogical in how you explain financial connections A team player who builds trust and contributes to strong collaboration What we offer As part of Scan Sverige, which is now part of the Lantmännen Group, you will have the opportunity to work in an organization that combines tradition and innovation.
