CFO Wanted for Growing Holding Company About the Company We are now recruiting a CFO for an expansive and acquisition-focused holding company consisting of approximately 20 companies. The business is characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit, high pace, and short decision-making processes. The company is in a development phase with a clear growth agenda and needs a strong financial leader who can ensure structure, control, and strategic momentum. About the Position As CFO, you have overall responsibility for the holding company's financial management, reporting, and financing. You work closely with the CEO, board, and capital market and are a natural part of the management team. This is a role that combines strategic perspective with operational responsibility. The finance function is relatively small, which means you need to be hands-on and confident across the entire accounting chain. In this role, you will be responsible for: Financial reporting and ensuring it is correct in all respects – to management, the board, and the capital market Quarterly reporting according to IFRS Monthly reporting to the board and management Ensuring that consolidated financial statements are correct and preparing and quality-assuring acquisition analyses Owning and driving capital raising processes, bank negotiations, and refinancing Ensuring financing in the short and long term Responsibility for Investor Relations matters and ensuring compliance with stock exchange regulations, including MAR Ensuring that the business has appropriate management reporting and KPIs for governance Handling complex tax and corporate law matters related to group structure and acquisitions Responsibility for internal controls and developing processes and procedures for efficient and accurate reporting Providing business support to the CEO, management, and subsidiary heads Developing and strengthening the finance team We Are Looking for You: You are a person with substance and integrity. You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and see opportunities instead of problems. You are thick-skinned when needed but unpretentious in collaboration. You can be clear and decisive while listening and building trust in the organization. You thrive in an environment with pace, change, and high demands. You are an experienced CFO or senior finance manager with deep expertise in consolidated accounting, IFRS, and financing. You have experience with complex structures and acquisition-driven growth. Requirements: Solid experience with consolidated accounting and the entire accounting chain Very strong knowledge of IFRS Experience with reporting to the board and capital market Documented experience with capital raising, financing, and bank negotiations Experience with acquisitions and disposals, including financial, legal, and tax aspects Good knowledge of tax and corporate law Strong competence in accounting and controlling Experience building structure, internal controls, and efficient processes Fluent Swedish and English Meritorious: Experience from an acquisition-intensive or listed environment Start Date: By agreement.
