Ceciliagården is a unique LSS facility with a socio-therapeutic focus. The group home is located between Järle and Ervalla, approximately 25 km north of Örebro. Our client group consists of individuals within LSS category 1, which includes diagnoses within autism and/or intellectual disabilities. We care for the farm and our animals together, and we also provide daily activities.
Our mission is to strengthen each resident through care and support tailored to individual needs. Care education or education with a pedagogical focus is required. A Class B driver's license for manual transmission and access to your own vehicle are required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and experience with challenging behaviors and low-arousal approaches is a merit.
Ceciliagården should be a place where everyone has a natural place, a farm for everyone, but especially for those who need stability, rhythm, care, and less stress. We let the seasons shape the rhythm of the farm.
Working hours vary with shifts during days, evenings, and weekends. We offer both day/evening shifts and so-called "long shifts." We currently have a flexible schedule, which means that as an employee you have the opportunity to influence your working hours within the framework of labor law.
Start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applied.
Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled during the application period. Applications that do not meet the requirements will not be processed.
