Drive strategic procurement of professional services and create long-term value through effective sourcing processes, strong supplier relationships, and well-negotiated agreements. In this role, you'll have significant responsibility for sourcing, supplier collaboration, and commercial terms across several important service categories. About the Role Manage procurement of professional and operational services. Develop and implement category strategies based on business needs. Be a business-focused procurement partner to internal stakeholders. Ensure the best possible value, quality, and commercial terms. What You'll Do Drive sourcing processes from needs analysis through contract and follow-up. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements. Analyze spend, cost structures, supplier quotes, and business requirements. Work with categories such as HR, facility, legal, and other professional services. Follow up on deliveries and contribute to compliance with agreements and service levels. What We're Looking For Relevant higher education in areas such as economics, supply chain, or international trade. At least five years of procurement experience, with a minimum of three years in service procurement. Strong understanding of commercial terms, scope of work descriptions, and contract structures. Ability to independently translate business needs into effective procurement activities. Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Tools & Technologies SAP for procurement-related processes and follow-up. Microsoft Office, particularly for analysis, reporting, and presentations. Strategic procurement methods, sourcing, and supplier management. Practical Information Location: Göteborg. Work arrangement: Not specified. Language: English, spoken and written.
