Cash Collector at Rexel in Stockholm

In collaboration with Rexel, we are now seeking their next Cash Collector for the credit team. This position is a direct hire and you will be employed by Rexel Sverige AB. About the role and responsibilities: The Cash Collector position is a new role and you will be part of the company's credit team. You will be a key person collaborating closely with various internal functions, while also maintaining extensive external contact with the company's customers. In this role, you will ensure that the company's customer receivables are handled in a professional, business-appropriate, and respectful manner. Examples of responsibilities: - Follow up on customer accounts, overdue invoices, and payment plans, and manage collections. - Maintain ongoing contact with customers via phone and email. - Work closely with sales, customer service, and accounting. - Suggest improvements and efficiencies in collection routines and processes. - Prepare documentation and reports on receivables and risk. - Conduct minor credit assessments and contribute to decisions on credit limits. Qualifications and experience: We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in Collections, receivables management, or customer accounts. You have practical experience working in business systems/ERP, preferably in receivables modules and order workflows, as well as experience following up on overdue receivables, payment reminders, and customer communication regarding payments. You understand collections processes, and if you also have credit assessment experience, that is a significant plus. You have a strong service mindset and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Location: Rexel's headquarters in Älvsjö, Stockholm. Does this sound like something for you?
