We are looking for a team member in Vítkov! We are Inclusion Center/Nearby Plus, a public benefit corporation - an organization that stands by children, young people and their families during periods of growth, uncertainty and change. We believe that every person deserves support when they need it. We are looking for a new colleague for the position of case manager. What do we do? We are a team of experts who help children, young people and their families cope with challenging life situations. We collaborate with schools, social services, municipalities and other professionals and together we look for ways to provide children and families with the necessary support. A case manager is a person who connects all important actors around a child or family, helps find solutions and coordinates individual support steps so that they make sense and meet the family's actual needs. Every story is different. Sometimes we help a family find the way to needed services, sometimes we support cooperation between school and parents, or we coordinate help from multiple professionals at once. It is precisely this diversity, meaningfulness and the opportunity to see real change that is what we enjoy about our work. What do we offer? - 0.8 full-time employment contract, - salary of CZK 30,400 - 32,000 per month depending on education and experience, - flexible working hours, - possibility of partial remote work, - 3 sick days, - 5 weeks of vacation, - regular supervision, - support for professional and personal development, - work in a friendly and supportive team, - space for own initiative and idea implementation, - start date from August 1, 2026 (or by agreement). We need a person who: - can listen and build relationships, - is able to cooperate with different people and institutions, - is independent, responsible and well-organized, - wants to find solutions even in more difficult situations, - respects the uniqueness of each person and family. We welcome experienced professionals as well as motivated graduates who want to learn new things and grow professionally. Required education - Higher professional or university education in social, pedagogical, special pedagogical or related field, - group B driving license an advantage, - experience with case management, social work or work with families an advantage.
