CARSTEDTS is Seeking an Engaged Customer Service Representative/Service Advisor

CARSTEDTS is looking for a customer service representative/service advisor in Umeå Things are happening at Carstedts right now. We have recently become a BYD dealer—the world's largest manufacturer of rechargeable vehicles—and are embarking on a strong growth journey. That's why we need to expand our team with more engaged employees who want to help shape the future of the automotive business. Your Responsibilities As a customer service representative/service advisor, you will have several key roles handling administrative work at an automotive service center and serve as the face of the workshop to our customers. Administrative tasks include managing orders and invoices, scheduling workflows, and placing orders on behalf of customers. We also place great emphasis on maintaining high service levels for our customers via phone, and we work with a focus on providing our customers with maximum accessibility. Tasks - Receive customers and communicate about their vehicle needs (service, repair, etc.) - Schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, and follow up on work with the customer during and after the workshop visit - Handle warranties, complaints, and insurance matters when needed - Invoicing and work follow-up - Proactive marketing - Customer satisfaction follow-up Qualifications - Experience working as a service advisor or similar role in the automotive/workshop field is a merit - Interest and understanding of vehicle service and repair - Strong administrative abilities and experience with computer work and documentation - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Service-oriented, organized, and solution-focused - Class B driver's license About Carstedts Bil Carstedts Bil is a family-owned company since 1956 and is a fully authorized dealer and service center for BYD, Ford, and Mitsubishi in Örnsköldsvik and Umeå.
