About Us Capio BUP Falun provides choice-based specialist psychiatric outpatient care for children and young people on behalf of Region Dalarna. We offer assessment, evaluation, and treatment for children and adolescents with mental health issues and neuropsychiatric functional limitations. The work takes place in close collaboration with patients, guardians, schools, social services, and other healthcare providers as needed. We have a strong focus on highly accessible, safe, patient-centered, and evidence-based care. The clinic is characterized by teamwork, short decision-making paths, and shared responsibility for quality, patient safety, and development. Your Role As a specialist physician with us, you have a central role in the medical assessment and treatment of our patients. You work closely with other professionals and contribute your specialist expertise in both patient work and the continued development of the operation. · Psychiatric assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning for children and young people. · Medical treatment and structured medication follow-up. · Neuropsychiatric evaluations and assessment of complex psychiatric issues. · Collaboration with guardians, schools, social services, primary care, rehabilitation services, and other healthcare providers. · Contributing to quality assurance, patient safety work, development of work methods, and medical procedures. About You We Are Looking for Someone Who · Is a licensed physician with specialist competence in child and adolescent psychiatry and/or psychiatry · Has a genuine interest in child and adolescent psychiatry and wants to contribute to safe care for children, young people, and families. · Is confident in your professional role and enjoys working multidisciplinarily. · Has strong communication skills, the ability to build trust, and can collaborate with patients, guardians, and external stakeholders.
