About the Job The work is located at Häggatorp's property and Nilsmårtensgården, Södra Lundby, in one or several workshops including a bakery, park, vegetable cultivation, food processing, and household work. In our workshops, you work side by side with the residents. Camphill Häggatorp practices co-citizenship, which follows the practices developed within the Camphill movement since the early 1940s. Currently, we are seeking two open positions as social therapists with immediate start. Camphill Häggatorp is an anthroposophical initiative within LSS where housing and daily activities are based on fostering individual development by creating a social foundation, called reverse integration. This means that staff members live permanently in the same buildings as the residents and perform the same work in the workshops. The ambition is to make the distinction between residents and staff as small as possible in daily life.
