We are looking for a service-oriented, independent, and responsible employee who can work both in our café and at our reception desk at Kabusa Lars Lerin outside Ystad. You will work either in the café or at the reception during your respective shifts. This is a part-time position starting in October 2026. The work is primarily on Saturdays, but additional shifts may be available due to sick leave, vacation, and depending on operational needs and season. Your duties may include: – Welcoming and providing excellent service to our visitors – Sales and serving in the café – Simple baking and meal preparation in the café – Preparing various coffee beverages and operating an espresso machine – Selling entrance tickets, annual passes, gift cards, and merchandise at our reception shop – Receiving pre-booked groups before their guided tours – Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries about group visits – Cash handling – Restocking, dishwashing, and other daily tasks During the low season, you may work alone, both in the café and at reception. It is therefore important that you are independent, take responsibility for your tasks, and feel comfortable working on your own. Since you represent our business and interact with visitors, it is also important that you always provide a professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor. We are looking for someone who: – Is 18 years or older – Is service-oriented, positive, and responsible – Is independent and comfortable working alone – Takes initiative and recognizes what needs to be done – Enjoys meeting people – Can operate an espresso machine – Can work Saturdays and other days as needed – Preferably has previous experience from a café, reception, shop, or other service position We follow the Visita–HRF collective agreement, Gröna riksavtalet. Salary and other employment terms apply according to the collective agreement. The gallery is open to visitors Tuesday–Sunday from 11:00–16:00, and the café closes at 15:30. A typical shift starts around 10:00 and ends approximately 16:30–17:00. Working hours may vary and some days shifts may start earlier.
