CAD Engineer

We are seeking an experienced CAD Engineer for an assignment with our client in Malmö. The role involves working with design and development of production fixtures integrated into existing production workflows. You will work through the entire process – from concept and construction to industrialization, verification, and handover to production. Responsibilities Design and development of production fixtures Ensure efficient industrialization and implementation in a production environment Verification and validation of technical solutions Change management related to design and production Optimization of costs and lead times Collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams Qualifications Strong competency in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) Documented experience in design for manufacturing and assembly Experience with tolerance setting and material selection Solid experience in planning and manufacturing processes Knowledge of both conventional manufacturing and additive manufacturing (AM) Experience with supplier collaboration Comfortable working in cross-functional environments Additional Requirements Passed background check Passed drug test Personal Qualities We would appreciate if you are structured, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills, as the role involves many contact points both internally and externally Send your CV and a brief presentation to [email protected].
