Do you want to drive construction projects from start to finish in an organization with short decision paths and strong team spirit? NOVAB is now seeking a construction project manager who wants to take a key role in projects where quality, collaboration, and business focus are central.
Responsibilities
As a construction project manager at NOVAB, you have overall responsibility for project execution – from startup and design to completion and handover. In this role, you act as a bridge between internal and external parties and are responsible for, among other things:
Planning, management, and follow-up of projects
Schedules, budgets, and production estimates
Procurement of materials, subcontractors, and consultants
Purchasing management
Ongoing dialogue with clients and partners
Depending on the scope of projects, you will manage one or more projects in parallel, with significant autonomy and authority. Projects vary in size, which creates a dynamic daily work environment.
Business travel may occur.
Profile
To fit the role, we see that you have relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. You have previous experience in project management within construction and can quickly take responsibility for your own projects. You possess a good understanding of finances, production, and design processes. If you also have knowledge and experience in construction law, that is a merit but not a requirement.
Furthermore, you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. A class B driver's license is required.
