About the Position Professionals Nord is seeking a senior construction project manager on behalf of AFRY. This assignment is part of our personnel recruitment services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at AFRY for 12 months. The intention is that you could eventually become directly employed by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Responsibilities In your role as senior construction project manager, you are responsible for leading and driving construction projects in the industrial sector. You have a central role in project implementation and work closely with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure projects are delivered according to established goals. Examples of responsibilities: Lead and drive construction projects through all project phases Take responsibility for planning, monitoring, and implementation of projects regarding schedule, quality, and budget Coordinate and lead dialogue between the client, contractors, and other project stakeholders Work with business focus by developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to continued business development What We're Looking For We believe your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive in the role at AFRY. We are seeking someone with solid experience in construction project management in the industrial sector and who is comfortable leading complex projects and teams. You have at least a higher technical education or equivalent, as well as extensive experience from the construction industry. We would like to see that you have previously worked as a project manager, contractor, consultant, BAS-P/BAS-U, client representative, or in a similar role. You have good market knowledge, a strong network, and are motivated by developing both business and operations. As a person, you are driven, engaged, and have a natural ability to build trust. You are attentive, diplomatic, and enjoy collaborating while maintaining a clear results focus. You are business-minded, communicative, and understand the importance of the consultant role in client relationships.
