Job Description About the Role As a Construction Project Manager in Industrial Civil in Luleå, you'll have a key role in our projects. You'll lead and coordinate construction assignments, serve as a natural point of contact between different stakeholders, and contribute to driving projects forward with high quality, structure, and good communication. The role is broad and varied. A typical week can include everything from coordinating with customers and project teams to work on steel and concrete structures, structural calculations, and technical decisions. You'll have the opportunity to influence both the direction and outcomes of projects while working closely with experienced colleagues across multiple engineering disciplines. Our assignments are found in mining and metal industries, energy, chemicals, pulp and paper, and other process and manufacturing industries. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Lead construction assignments and ensure projects are completed according to set goals. Coordinate work between customers, colleagues, and other engineering disciplines. Contribute technical expertise in building construction and structural calculations. Create structure, planning, and momentum through different project phases. Be an important part of developing long-term sustainable and feasible solutions. Qualifications Who Are You? We believe you have several years of experience in project management and a solid background in building construction. You thrive in environments where you can combine technical know-how with coordination and leadership, and you appreciate working with others to achieve common goals. We would like you to have: Several years of experience in project management. Solid experience in building construction. Higher education in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Experience with construction tools. Good English skills, both spoken and written. It's a merit if you have experience leading or coordinating industrial projects as well as knowledge of Tekla, Revit, or FE-analysis. As a person, we believe you: Are skilled at creating structure and holding complex assignments together. Have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy tackling technical challenges.
