We are now seeking a construction project manager for the Property Department at Falköping Municipality. We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in construction, property, engineering, or what the employer deems equivalent. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. The position requires you to have a B-class driver's license. You have basic knowledge of project management and an interest in developing in the role. You also have an understanding of building and property technology, contract forms, and relevant regulations within, for example, occupational health, environment, and building legislation. It is advantageous if you have experience from public sector operations, work in early stages, knowledge of LOU, and familiarity with AMA, as well as experience with CAD/BIM tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. You have good digital competence and are accustomed to working in various administrative and financial systems. You have experience working in project form, with responsibility for budgets, cost monitoring, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. As a person, you are organized, responsible, and confident in your decision-making. You have high communication skills, work well with others, and are easily adaptable to changing conditions and different projects. With your solution-focused and unpretentious approach, you contribute to a positive work environment, while being proactive, taking own initiatives, and working carefully.
