Interpret and follow drawings and work with precise measurements when building walls, ceilings, and floors. Install window and door frames and perform carpentry finishing work. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow safety regulations and use personal protective equipment. Collaborate with site managers, other trades, and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule compliance. Perform quality inspections and document completed work according to project requirements. What You Bring Trade education in carpentry or construction, or equivalent practical experience. Several years of experience in carpentry and work at construction sites in Sweden. Ability to read drawings and work with precision, and familiarity with hand and power tools. Valid local safety certificates where required (e.g., scaffolding certificate or hot work certificate) and understanding of workplace safety regulations.
