We are now in an exciting growth phase and are looking for a dedicated building constructor who wants to be part of the journey.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a building constructor at Kubly, you play a central role in ensuring that our modular buildings meet requirements for design, function, and durability. You work closely with project managers, product developers, and production, and contribute throughout the process – from early planning to final delivery.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Sizing and structural calculations for modular timber buildings
· Develop structural drawings and technical documentation
· Ensure that structures meet applicable building regulations (Boverkets byggregler)
· Collaborate with architects, project managers, and production
· Support technical questions from customers and authorities
· Contribute to product development and standardization of Kubly's modules
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
· Have a relevant higher education degree in building technology, structural design, timber construction, or equivalent education
· Have experience with structural calculations, preferably in timber or modular construction
· Master construction software such as Tekla, AutoCAD, or equivalent
· Have good knowledge of Boverkets byggregler and Eurocodes
· Are structured, meticulous, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team
· Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
MERITORIOUS
· Experience with the Vertex construction software
· Experience with the Monitor business system
