Do you want to help contribute to the municipality's good management of oversight according to planning and building laws? Are you perhaps a recently graduated engineer? Then this position is for you! One of our employees will be on parental leave, and therefore we are looking for a substitute building inspector/building permit administrator. The work tasks primarily consist of processing building permits and building notifications. Oversight according to planning and building laws, shoreline protection exemptions, and oversight according to the Environmental Code are part of the work tasks. Within the department, two building inspectors, four environmental and health protection inspectors, one GIS engineer, one administrator, and one manager currently work. Remote work can be offered to some extent after an initial training period. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a 3-year engineering education of 180 credits with a building focus or other equivalent education. The work requires that you have a driver's license, category B. As a person, you are communicative, responsive, and clear. You can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and possess good knowledge of English. You are aware of the importance of providing good service.
