Building Manager / Bas-P / KA

Description:

Building Manager As a building manager at Tecnicon, you will work with construction management, project management, financial and technical control in projects, Bas-P, control responsibility, inspections, and assist in the field of architecture and building construction with, for example, investigations and descriptions. You will work independently or in a project group at our office in Örnsköldsvik. You will collaborate with other technical consultants in consultant groups internally or externally for many different types of clients. Your Formal Qualifications We are looking for someone who is an established civil engineer, licensed technician, or has other proven competence such as site manager or work supervisor. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and good computer skills are required. Certification as control responsible and Bas P/U training are advantageous. We would appreciate it if you have worked as a consultant, contractor, or within government/regional/municipal sectors with construction matters or property management. Your Personal Qualities To succeed as a building manager with us, you must be a creative and organized problem solver with drive and an interest in technology. You are not afraid to meet new people in new assignments, and we expect you to be thorough, ambitious, service-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant. It is important that you have an eye for the big picture, are receptive to the client's wishes, and can present your views and suggestions in a pedagogical manner. You should also be able to lead meetings both internally and externally.
