Road Marking Construction Manager

About the Role We are looking for someone who wants to use their expertise to ensure high quality in road operations and maintenance work. If you have previous experience in construction management/work supervision and want to develop within an engaged team that is passionate about their work, this is the role for you. About the Role As a construction manager with us, you will become an important part of Road Survey Technology (RST) – the leading player in road maintenance in the Nordic region. You will be part of a skilled team of approximately 10 people and be responsible for construction management in the Fyrbodal area. The work takes place in close collaboration with the Swedish Transport Administration's (Trafikverket) project manager and contractors hired by them. You should be based somewhere between Gothenburg and Karlstad and the surrounding areas. The work is seasonal and most intensive in spring. To succeed in this role, you need: At least five years of experience working in the road marking industry Work experience in construction management/work supervision Ability to have flexible working hours Good communication skills and great commitment to your work Good planning ability and experience taking responsibility for your assignments Good computer skills and knowledge of working in Microsoft Office Understanding of what seasonal work entails Class B driver's license (a requirement) Setting out is not included in the role, but knowledge of it is a merit Ready to Start Working With Us?
