Road Marking Construction Supervisor

About the Role We are looking for someone who wants to use their expertise to ensure high quality in road maintenance and operations work. If you have previous experience in construction management/work supervision and want to develop in an engaged group that is passionate about their work, then this is the role for you. About the Role As a construction supervisor with us, you will become an important part of Road Survey Technology (RST) – the leading Nordic actor in road maintenance. You will be part of a competent team of approximately 10 people and be responsible for construction supervision in the Fyrbodal area. The work takes place in close collaboration with the Swedish Transport Administration's (Trafikverket) project manager and contractors hired by them. You should be based somewhere between Gothenburg and Karlstad and the surrounding area. The work is seasonal and most intense during spring. To succeed in this role, we require: At least five years of experience working in the road marking industry Work experience in construction management/work supervision Ability to work flexible hours Good communication skills and strong commitment to your work Good planning ability and experience taking responsibility for your assignments Good computer skills and knowledge of working in Microsoft Office Understanding what seasonal work entails Valid class B driving license (a requirement) Staking out is not included in the role, but knowledge of it is a merit Ready to Start Working With Us?
