Location: West Coast Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive – based on experience and qualifications About the Position Lincona is growing and is now seeking an experienced professional within construction management, project management, and construction inspection. This role is perfect for you if you thrive with responsibility, client interaction, and driving construction projects forward with a focus on quality, economy, schedule, and execution. With us, you will work on varied construction projects alongside clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities. You will have an important role in coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring that projects are executed according to contracts, documents, schedules, and applicable requirements. We are looking for someone with experience from the construction industry who wants to take the next step in a developing role where you have the opportunity to influence both projects and work methods. Responsibilities As a construction manager, project manager, and/or construction inspector with us, you may work with: - Construction management in ongoing contracts - Project management from early stages to project completion - Coordination between clients, contractors, consultants, and other project parties - Monitoring of schedule, economy, quality, and work environment matters - Participation in construction meetings, design meetings, and coordination meetings - Review of documents, technical solutions, and execution - Construction inspections, status assessments, and monitoring of defect correction - Support to clients in procurement, contract execution, and final stage Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: - Documented experience from the construction industry - Experience in construction management, project management, or construction inspection - Good understanding of the construction process and the different stages of contracts - Ability to drive projects in a structured and solution-oriented manner - Good communication skills and experience in contact with clients, contractors, and consultants - Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assignments - Class B driver's license It is advantageous if you have experience with construction law, procurement, inspections, supervisory responsibility, or work according to AB 04 and ABT 06.
